What is Housing Element?

Housing Element is happening in all our local jurisdictions. Housing Elements is the State of California’s Law which requires all the local governments to plan for housing to meet their fair share of existing need and estimated population growth. This process is a very critical stage to advocate for Affordable Housing. Contact your local governments to find out when they will be reviewing their Housing Element.
